Jarrow® Creatine Surge Fruit Punch 2.03 lbs is a dietary supplement containing Creatine and Russian taragon to provide the body's muscles with an energy boost, during short-burst intensive physical exertion resulting from workout sessions. Added Russian taragon and wild bitter melon extracts help to regulate the blood sugar levels, and the addition of branched-chain amino acids improves the benefits of insulin and the muscles' ability to convert and utilize protein.

Jarrow® Creatine Surge Fruit Punch 2.03 lbs contains no common allergens or artificial additives, and is suitable for vegetarian users. The recommended dose is one scoop (46g) mixed with 20 ounces of cold water or fruit juice to be taken before or after an exercise session. It is further recommended that you consult with your doctor before taking this product, especially if you are a pregnant or lactating woman, under the age of 18, taking existing medication or are suffering from an existing medical condition (such as diabetes or a liver / kidney disorder).
