- Is it better to space out the pills, maybe 3 pre and 3 post workout or 3 with breakfast 3 pre, vs taking them all at once?

  According to the manufacturer, take 1 BATTLE FUEL Anabolic Performance Pack 30 minutes prior to workout. By pack, means the entire thing at once. Same with on off-days, take BATTLE FUEL in the morning. Take for 3 weeks without break. After 3 weeks, take 1 week off to re-sensitize the body for maximum product effect.
