I've never been a huge fan of cell volumizing supplements (i.e. niox, creatine, etc) and have always preferred the tribulus stacks as my main bodybuilding supplement.

I've always liked the results I got with creatine but never liked the bloating or the excess water retention. I also felt that I lost most of my gains when I was off of it and was psychologically hooked on it.

Anyway, I'm here to discuss Purple-K and it's time for me to get on track. I've been on it for two weeks now, and am only taking 2 capsules before workouts and NO after-workout serving. I didn't feel a big difference the first week, and though loading is not required on Purple-K, I think it would have been better to take two servings a day for the first week.

The second week has been great. When pumping the iron, I could feel my muscles expanding and more blood flowing with each successive rep. I am experiencing less fatigue and am able to work out a lot longer then usual.

My physique, after a binge Christmas, is back to it's optimum levels, and I am looking well-defined and ripped.

I enjoy this product because I'm not craving a ton of water (when I used to load for the first few days), and my gains look really natural (meaning I don't look like I'm carrying a lot of water).

For serious and almost-immediate results, take this twice a day and you will not be disappointed. Very good product.

It's not the cheapest for creatine products but for an occasional CEE user, I was quite satsfied with not having to taste the Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. Also, there was no loading so it didn't dehydrate me. (Posted on 1/19/09)

First of all, let me explain why I decided to buy the Purple-K. I'm not much for gimmicks and purple pills, but I needed an alternative the the really gross taste of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. If you've tasted it, you know what I mean. Anyway, the results were great. I was on 2 caps, once a day and 2x a day on workout days. Results were good because there was no loading, bloating and I noticed results in 2 days. Don't use creatine often but I will use it again on my next cycle. (Posted on 1/19/09)
