Rating USPLabs Prime is marketed as 100% natural as if natural means the same thing as safe. While natural products are sometimes safer than prohormones, being natural does not necessarily mean safe, as natural products can still have adverse effects or side effects. So, is what natural products make up Prime and are how safe and effective are they?
Prime is a simple formulation containing an 800mg proprietary blend of Tribulus Aquaticus and Chebula Myrobalan. Tribulus Aquaticus appears to be an invalid name, as it does not appear in any published scientific literature. It perhaps refers to Tribulus terristris.
If in fact it is, Tribulus terrestris, it might help improve libido. Thus it might improve recovery time from physical stress, but there is minimal evidence related to Tribulus terrestris being able to help much with building muscles.
Chebula Myrobalan is derived from an Asian tree that produces small nut-like fruits. In animal studies, it has been found to work as an anti-diabetic, renoprotective, and hepatoprotective. However, there is not any human study evidence. Again, this ingredient might help deal with stress and recovery, but there is not any science to back up the claims that it helps with muscle growth or strength.
While it does lack science to back up the claims of Prime’s effectiveness, there also is not any evidence that it is not effective other than some people not finding it did anything for them.
