Now Melatonin pharmaceutical grade with a minimum purity of 99.6%.

Melatonin is the all-natural nightcap. It's secreted by the pineal gland, a pea-size structure at the center of the brain, as our eyes register the fall of darkness.

I've had real difficulties getting my sleep cycles back into a regular rhythm and have always used this product in preference to other products on the market. The fact that these pleasant tasting lozenges melt in the mouth means that they are quickly released into the blood stream and start to act in a quicker fashion than perhaps more traditional tablets. I find thew best way to take them is to let one one melt under the tongue which is no problem as they are small and taste of mint. I usually take one at dusk, then another shortly before going to sleep. The inclusion of B-6 works in perfect synergy with melatonin and also ensures one has enough of this important B vitamin one tablet provides 150% of your daily requirement. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone who needs a rapidly absorbed convenient sleep aid that is a gentle alternative to prescription drugs (Posted on 6/15/11)

I have used this melatonin product for a number of years with good results. I have always had sleep problems, although, In addition to that, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a number of years back, which also tends to increase sleep issues.

Use of this melatonin product has helped improve my sleep quality, and my health in general. Whilst I still occasionally wake up feeling tired, it is generally a rare occurrence now. (Posted on 9/22/10)

Thanks to menopause my ability to sleep went out the window. This wonderful product allows me a great night's sleep and no grogginess the next morning. I have no idea why the Melatonin in Australia dont work, but they dont and these do. I have given them to so many girlfriends with the same problem and they have worked for everyone. There are a lot of grateful husbands out there!! I think they are full of antioxidants too, so they are good for you regardless of sleep deprivation. (Posted on 2/16/10)

I had a lot of trouble sleeping for a long time, I tried other stuff as well but I felt as if I was high for the first couple of hours and if I managed to sleep they gave me nightmares and I felt like shit the next day. With Melatonin, I simply take 1-2 before I go to bed and I'm asleep within 45 minutes max. Absolutely no side effects and I love that. I don't feel like the pills are forcing me to sleep. I feel sleepy just as I did when I was a kid. Lights must definitely be off or really low and it has to be quiet or you'll feel cranky and have trouble sleeping. Other than that, this product is perfect and I will definitely buy more really soon. I highly recommend it. (Posted on 7/4/09)

Helps me sleep so much better. I did a bit of research on melatonin before i even started taking it. My problem isn't staying asleep but GETTING to sleep, sometimes i can lie awake for hours befor i fall asleep. I take 2 before i go to bed and it really helps me get to sleep, it makes my eyelids get all droopy and i feel a bit floppy and when i wake up i don't feel drowsy at all. I've read it also helps memory, but havent noticed that effect. (Posted on 1/19/09)
