Rating I have been hearing a lot recently about the health benefits of mushrooms. Since I am not much of a mushroom eater I decided to start taking supplements and Yun Zhi looked like a good product to begin with. I tend to be sick a lot so any boost to my immune system is welcome. And it is a great source of liver support and protein. Anyway, so far so good. (Posted on 1/19/09)
