Great product. Was looking for a low-carb powder to get [primarily] potassium from and this stuff has 400mg in one little packet. It's perfect! Has a pleasant flavor and kinda makes the water taste carbonated. (Posted on 6/10/09)

These rehydration mixes are great. I love the individually packaged servings, makes it more convenient as I can carry them around and mix it up with a bottle of water anywhere I go. Perfect for when I'm on a long run too.

Another bonus is that there's no added sugar like all of the sports drinks you can buy at the store. I've really noticed a difference in the way I feel after my workouts. Highly recommend this product if you're looking for some sort of electrolyte replacement.

I got the lemon-lime flavor, like in the picture, but i'm wondering if there are any different flavors like berry....
