Directions Week 1- Week 2: Take 1 scoop 2 hours prior to exercise and 1 scoop after exercise. Mix with 125 ml of cool water and drink. Week 3- Week 4: Take 2 scoops 2 hours prior to exercise and 2 scoops after exercise. Mix with 125 ml of cool water and drinnk. Cycle may be repeated after a 2 week rest period.

    I really like this product! This supplement helps with cardio immediately! The first use of Beta Alanine gave me 10 extra minutes on the row machine, I actually forgot how long I had been on the machine, the first 10 minutes on the row machine was like 2 or 3, and I was pulling on the cable much harder with less perceived effort! Usually I notice a lot of lactic buildup in my legs with my type of heavy interval training and sprints; but with the Beta Alanine I didn’t have the same soreness in my muscles or the usual drop in energy immediately after training.

    I definitely performed about 30% more on my cardio consistently since I’ve started to use Beta Alanine.

    I also took immediate note on the intensity of my workouts! I was really able to push myself harder and more intense, definitely a good increase on both weight pushed and an extra 1 or 2 reps per set! And my recovery between sets dropped as I felt ready to push weights faster than before.
    Even after a good workout I didn’t feel like I was dragging my ass out of the gym, I consistently went from the gym feeling like I would be ready to do more physical activity shortly!

    I had been advised on taking Beta Alanine that I might feel some tingling as the Beta Alanine is broken in the body and attaches to nerve receptors. It definitely does give a ‘flush’ effect, though after a week taking Beta Alanine. I noticed that the tingles went down to a minimum. I accidentally took double the dosage one day and the tingles were super intense, though as soon as I went to the gym and really exerted myself, the tingling went away very quickly. Some might say that the tingles are annoying but I now when I start to feel them I get excited because I start to feel energetic and ready to go do some cardio or weights!

    I say Beta Alanine is definitely worth the purchase if you’re serious about your training, and mixing it with Creatine will give a super pumped and intense workout!

    Well researched ingredient that boosts aerobic and anaerobic endurance. I use it about a half hour before a workout and feel the tingling moments later. It allows me to workout at maximum output if I'm doing cardio or lifting weights. My bodybuilding staple.
