I've been taking one capsule every day for years now and I really enjoy the regulating effect on immunity, mood, focus,... I'm not in favor in supplements, but this reishi I recommand heartily.

2 years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer; given its small size and non agressive behaviour my oncologist decided to take a wait and view approach;

I've been on this product for over two months now and consider it one of my staple supplements. Initially, I was taking one capsule in the morning with a Vitamin C supplement. After about 3 days, I found an extra jump in my step, waking up before the alarm and energized throughout the day.
