I take this and I start grinning from ear to ear after 20-30 minutes. I've taken combinations of gaba, 5-htp, valerian and st johns together and I find this is more effective. It could be the addition of vitamin d, essential fatty acids, etc. Really well priced and a brand that I can trust.
