Rating This is a great Creatine supplement. When I first started taking it I gained muscle mass at a tremendous rate...about 10lbs in 2 weeks! I was able to lift a bit more weight and do a few more reps and my recover rate was a lot quicker. If you are going to try creatine make sure to take the recommended dosage and drink TONS of water, and i mean lots of water! Good luck, work hard and lift heavy! (Posted on 1/19/09)
