It has a maximum length of 9’, but you can easily shorten it to make it the perfect length for you. To adjust length, simply remove one of the handle caps, push the excess rope up through the handle, and tighten it into place with the unused crimping clamp in the handle. Measure the rope carefully before doing this, because you can only change its length once. To determine the right length for you, loop and hold down the midpoint of the rope under one foot. When you straighten the rope upward, the handles should be level with the top of your armpit.
