   This is an amazingly powerful antioxidant that boosts immune function. Studies have also increasingly shown that dietary Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) prevents the development of estrogen-enhanced cancers including breast, endometrial and cervical cancers. Indole-3-Carbinol is also known to support the liver's detoxification processes as well as normal cellular reproduction. Indole-3-Carbinol is part of my overall supplementation to strengthen my immune system and increase health, and in the past year since I have added it to my supplementation I have have not had a single cold or flu. I even hugged a sick friend the night before she was diagnosed with H1N1, and I didn't get sick in any way (and I refused any vaccines). I really believe in this product and it's many wonderful benefits, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

   This is great for overall health itself. I've only started taking it 2 weeks ago and i definately feel the effects. I haven't changed anything else in my daily routine or diet but I have more energy, a clearer complexion, no aches or pains and I don't get so tired so early in the evening. I know it's only been a couple of weeks but I attribute all this to the Indole. I highly recommend it to anyone!
