30 years old, lifelong drinker. Recently was getting red-faced after only 2 drinks and was told it was my liver. Took milk thistle on a recommendation and surprisingly, found out it makes a huge difference. The only way to describe it is a sense that your body feels "flushed" and clean. Made a big difference in my sluggishness and I don't have problems drinking alcohol anymore.
