I love Ginseng. I used to drink the little liquid ginseng bottles but I didnt like the taste, I'm glad there's pills as an alternative! You dont get that energy buzz, which is a bit to much for me I like to feel a NATURAL energy and focus, I've noticed it also lifts my mood which carries on throughout the day. Taking Ginseng with Ginko Biloba is good mixture as well.
