Brilliant product! Started taking the hoodia 2 weeks ago and I've already lost 8lbs. I have most of my cravings for sweets and carbs in the afternoon and evening so i take 2 45 min before lunch and dinner and basically i'm not hungry at all. It works great by eliminating my hunger and i'm making better food choices, i will continue to take hoodia until i've reached my weight loss goal... 12 more pounds!
