The Chaser works well, but only if you're having a few drinks. For them to be effective you also have to take the pills while your drinking. It says on the directions to take 2 before you drink then two more every couple of hours while drinking. That is kind of a hassle, what if you forget! But, I can honestly say that the pills are very effective as I get a headache even after just one glass of wine. I tried the pills the other night and I felt fine, no hangover!
