If you're like most people, you-re not eating your 5-8 serving of fruits and veggies a day, probably eating lots of processed foods and loving the BBQ. I'm like most people which means that I'm not getting enough fiber because of a lack of whole grains, fruits and veggies, I'm eating carcinogenic foods (i.e. bbq steaks) and loving the occasional junk that they call food.

Anyway, it is recommended that a person consume 18-25 grams of fiber a day and when counting my fiber intake a day, I realized that I fell short.

Along came the psyllium husk and quickly gave me a regularity unseen in years. True that. It has made me even more regular than ever - super-regular maybe?

The fiber has also helped my skin as I was getting bad skin from bad fatty foods and fiber helps lower cholesterol and bad fats.

Friend's of mine have lost 10+ pounds after being on this for a few weeks and though I don't have much to lose, what I do lose should be lost and not stuck in there. Too graphic for ya? Sorry, it's Friday.
