This product gives you the perfect amount of energy for the Gym.

My experience, I only used it prior to going to the gym as directed. During my training session I really felt it kicking in, the harder I worked, the better the energy got.

Best Pre-Workout Cap....I knew exactly what I was getting from the label and then if I needed to add anything (such as creatine) I did so and I knew exactly what I was getting. No blend to worry about. The bottle said Train Insane - And U do with FUBAR.

For the money it's totally worth it. Give it a shot!!!
