I have taken them as per the instructions they appear to be helping me shift the last 10lbs to get to my goal weight, I have more energy and feel great so I am working out harder, they stop me eating between meals as I dont feel hungry and as I'm not hungry I'm eating smaller meals...... as I said in the summary they seem to be working
