I began my search for a supplement that would help me to balance my hormones without doing anything too drastic or taking prescription medication. When I came across Maca in capsules I was a little hesitant. It almost seamed too good to be true, It seemed to be the perfect thing i needed. I did my research on it and realized that not only does it help to balance your hormones, it also gives you energy, boosts your libido and generally makes you feel happier. I have a 10 month old daughter and after having her I noticed that my hormones were totally out of balance.
I ordered the Maca and about 2 days later it was in my mail box. I took some right away. About 25 minutes later I really felt their affect. had so much energy I cleaned my whole house!
My husband also starting taking Maca and he loves it, he takes some before work and he says its like drinking an energy drink. He's happier when he goes to work, which helps him to do better and he comes home happier because of that.
I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend Maca, in fact I already have, to my menopausal mother and a good friend who also has a baby. Both are extremely please with the product also.
The only side effects might be flatulence but I haven't experienced this, but my husband does sometimes...
