Didn't experience any physical rush and didn't notice any weight loss but family said I'd lost weight and when I got on scales, that told the story. Lost about 6kgs after six weeks. I'm in my 50's. When jogging I have a lot more energy. Deserts or sweets seem to have little effect now so long as I continue to take these. Expensive yes, but worth it. I'm on my second 60 tabs and will probably stop after this dose just to see what happens.
