Twinlab® Melatonin – Controlled-Release is a dietary supplement that provides a controlled release of 2 mg of melatonin over an extended period of 6 hours. This preserves the positive effects of this supplement in the body as it maintains constant levels of melatonin in the bloodstream.
These specially formulated tablets are made from the highest-quality ingredients. They are gluten-free and do not have any added flavorings, preservatives, colorings, or salt.
The recommended dose is one tablet taken two hours before bedtime. Users must not take more than one tablet in any 24-hour period.
Twinlab® Melatonin – Controlled-Release capsules are not recommended for persons younger than 18. These tablets are also not to be used by pregnant or nursing mothers, people with autoimmune conditions, depressive disorders, or any medical condition that requires the taking of any type of medication.
