I'm writing to tell you that I have been taking SAMe for 2 months now. I was impressed firstly at how fast it works and secondly how effective it is. A few events in my life had left me a bit bummed out and low spirited. But since i've been taking the SAMe it has definately lifted mental state and I'm more lively and cheerful everyday. i feel more like myself again. Recommended
